Snap the vendor’s invoice. Palletwalk turns it into a checklist in seconds. Tap each case as it comes off the truck, and send the credit request before the driver pulls away.
Tap a line when it’s on the dock. Flag shorts and damage.

The problem
Forty lines on the invoice, three pallets on the dock, and someone tapping their foot by the truck. Paper and pen can't keep up, so lines get eyeballed.
Two cases missing, found an hour later while stocking. Now it's your word against the delivery receipt, and the credit is a fight.
The crushed case goes on a sticky note. The sticky note goes in a pocket. The vendor never hears about it, and you pay for product you never sold.
Invoice software is built for accounts payable: it reads your invoices a day or two later and charges per location per month.
What’s different
Other tools read your invoices for the bookkeeper, a day or two later. Or they only check deliveries against purchase orders you’ve set up in their system. Palletwalk works for the person on the dock, right now.

How it works
Upload the PDF the vendor emailed, or take a photo of the paper copy. Any vendor, any format.
Every line, item and case count, ready on your phone. Several invoices in one PDF? It splits them. Original and customer copy? It reads one.
Tap each line as it comes off the truck. Mark anything short, damaged, substituted or for credit, with the count.
One tap files the receiving report. Shorts and damage become a credit request for your vendor rep, while the driver is still there.

Proof
11 real vendor invoice PDFs from 4 distributors (Bozzuto’s, D’Artagnan, Seacrest Foods and Shapiro Produce): 82 pages and 1,161 line items, each checked against a hand-made answer key.
Bartlett’s Farm has been a family farm market since 1843. Palletwalk started there, with founder Luke checking in deliveries on paper with a pen. Bartlett’s is the first business using it, and the invoices above are the kind that land on its dock every week.
Straight answers
On 1,161 lines from real vendor invoices, 99.7–99.9% came out exactly right from PDFs and 99.8% from phone photos. And you're checking every line against the boxes anyway: if a line looks off, flag it.
Palletwalk reads the invoice as a person would, not with a template per vendor. It was tested on four distributors with very different layouts, including scanned pages, multi-invoice PDFs and duplicate copies.
No. The vendor's invoice is the checklist. No POS, no purchase orders, no integration, no setup.
There's a fair-use cap on AI reading per business per day, and it's early access. No ads, and we never sell your data.
Your data is stored with Cloudflare. Invoice text and images go to Anthropic's Claude API to be read; Anthropic doesn't train on API data by default. Ask and we delete it.
Palletwalk runs in any modern phone browser. Nothing to install. It needs a connection to read the invoice and save each tap; the taps themselves are tiny.
FAQ
Anyone who takes deliveries and checks them in: grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, bars, retailers. If a vendor hands you an invoice, Palletwalk can turn it into a checklist.
Text PDFs (the kind vendors email) and photos or scans of paper invoices. A PDF holding several invoices becomes one checklist, with every line tagged by its invoice number.
Received, short, not received, damaged, substituted, or credit, with case counts and a note. If the invoice was read wrong, fix the line right there.
Every line with what you marked and the counts, ready to print or save as PDF, plus a CSV download. Shorts and damage become a separate credit request you can email to the vendor rep or copy into a text. Past reports live in History.
