Privacy policy

Palletwalk is a receiving app: you give it a vendor invoice, it gives you a checklist. This page says plainly what we keep, where it lives, and who else touches it.

What we store

• Account details: your email, your name, and your password as a one-way hash (we never see or store the password itself).
• Business details: your business and location names, and who on your team has which role (owner, manager, receiver).
• Invoice data: the lines read from your invoices (items, quantities, prices, vendor, invoice number and date).
• Receiving records: what you checked off or flagged on each line, the receiving reports you file, and credit requests.
• Original files: once file storage is switched on, the invoice PDFs and photos you upload.

Where it lives

Everything is stored with Cloudflare: data in Cloudflare D1 (a database), original files in Cloudflare R2 (file storage) when that’s enabled. The app itself runs on Cloudflare Workers.

Who reads your invoices

To turn an invoice into a checklist, its text or page images are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic processes them to return the lines and, by default, does not use API data to train its models. No one else receives your invoices.

What we don’t do

• No ads.
• No selling or renting your data, to anyone.
• No third-party trackers or analytics scripts. (Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when serving them.)

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. That’s it.

Who can see your data

People you invite to your business, according to their role. We may look at your data only to keep the service running, fix a problem you report, or when the law requires it.

Deleting your data

Email hello@palletwalk.com from your account’s address and we’ll delete your account and your business’s data. You can also ask for a copy of it first.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell account owners by email.
