By creating an account or using Palletwalk, you agree to these terms. They’re short on purpose.

Early access, as is

Palletwalk is in early access. It’s provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable.

Free, with fair use

Palletwalk is free. Reading invoices with AI costs us money, so there’s a fair-use cap on AI reading per business per day. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service or try to get around the cap. If we ever introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you before anything changes and you won’t be charged without agreeing to it.

Accuracy is not guaranteed

The checklist is read from your invoice by AI. It is highly accurate on the invoices we’ve tested, but it can make mistakes. Always check the physical delivery against the invoice; you are responsible for what you sign for, the reports you file, and the credit requests you send.

Your account and your team

Keep your password safe, and only invite people who should see your business’s receiving data. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.

Your data

Your invoices and reports are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Palletwalk for you, as described in the privacy policy. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Acceptable use

Upload only invoices and documents you have the right to use. Don’t try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or access other businesses’ data.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Palletwalk isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed credits, stock losses or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

Ending

You can stop using Palletwalk and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, and will give you a chance to get a copy of your data first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA.
